Who is responsible

Responsible for this app and this website is the operator of Beet, reachable at beetplaner@bognar.net.

What stays on the device

Your beds, plantings, frost dates and tasks are stored in the app's protected area on your device. They are not sent anywhere.

• No account, no identifier, no analytics, no ad SDK.
• You enter the altitude of your garden yourself. The app does not ask for your location.
• Reminders are local notifications of your device; there is no server.
• Your device's iCloud backup includes the app data; that is Apple's service, not ours.

This website

The website is static and sets no cookies. The host (Cloudflare) processes technical connection data when you visit.

Your rights

As we store no data about you, there is nothing for us to show or delete. If you delete the app, all beds are gone. Questions go to beetplaner@bognar.net.

Legal basis

This website is governed by the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

If something changes, it appears here with a new date.
